Capucine Lemaire

After her studies as an art historian and her preparation for the entrance exam at ENA, Capucine Lemaire founded in 2021 the international NGO Disability Policy Observatory. She is also director of disability museum draft, editorial board member of Journal of Neurodiversity in Montreal University (Canada) and member of the scientific committee of the economic journal Il Ponte in Firenze (Italia). ​Writer, analyst and lecturer, she is member as researcher for World Institute of Disability in Berkeley, CA. (USA), and she regularly publishes for magazines, academic journals around the world, including regularly for UNESCO.
